Therapy for Highly Sensitive Adults
in NYC & Brooklyn

An integrative, somatic, attachment-based, and IFS-informed approach that goes beyond insight into real, embodied change.

this work is for you if:

You find yourself stuck in patterns like overthinking or people-pleasing—spending years adapting to others and learning to stay regulated by tracking others around you, while losing touch with your own needs in the process.

You may question who you are, where you belong, or why connection feels harder than it
should—often feeling like you have to adjust who you are to stay connected, and still ending up in relationships that feel one-sided or emotionally draining, even when things appear to be working from the outside.

Together, we begin to gently shift these patterns—so you don’t have to lose yourself in order to stay connected. Over time, this allows you to stay connected to yourself in real time, feel clearer in what you need, and experience connection that feels more mutual, grounded, and true to who you are.

Offerings

Individual psychotherapy

I offer individual therapy for highly sensitive, empathic adults seeking a more grounded and authentic way of relating to themselves and others. Many of the people I work with have spent years adapting to others—learning to stay regulated by tracking those around them. Over time, this can lead to a sense of disconnection from your own needs, identity, and internal experience. This work is relational and depth-oriented, integrating insight with a focus on shifting how you experience yourself and your relationships over time— so you can stay anchored in your own experience while also staying in relationship with others.

Our work may include:
  • exploring relational patterns and attachment dynamics
  • noticing how you may adapt or lose yourself in relationships
  • reconnecting with your body and internal signals
  • working with different parts of yourself (IFS-informed)

This work can support experiences of anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, or dissociation—especially when connected to long-standing relational patterns or over-functioning. We may also explore identity and existential questions, including how your lived experiences—along with cultural, relational, and societal expectations—have shaped your sense of self and your place in the world. This may include exploring identities, relationships, or ways of living that fall outside conventional expectations.

This work can be especially supportive if you find yourself questioning paths that once felt given or expected, and are wanting to explore a way of living that feels more aligned with who you are,
rather than who you’ve learned to be. I welcome work around race, sexuality, gender identity, and relationships—including LGBTQ+ identities, non-binary and gender non-conforming experiences, and consensual non-
monogamy—held with nuance and without judgment.

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held weekly via telehealth.

available for clients in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and across New York State.

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking a more relational, somatic, and parts-informed approach to their work. Supervision is a reflective space to explore clinical cases, deepen your understanding of relational dynamics, and process your internal responses as a clinician.

This work supports both clinical growth and personal integration—helping you develop greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in your work over time, while staying connected to yourself within the therapeutic process.
