You find yourself stuck in patterns like overthinking or people-pleasing—spending years adapting to others and learning to stay regulated by tracking others around you, while losing touch with your own needs in the process.
You may question who you are, where you belong, or why connection feels harder than it
should—often feeling like you have to adjust who you are to stay connected, and still ending up in relationships that feel one-sided or emotionally draining, even when things appear to be working from the outside.
Together, we begin to gently shift these patterns—so you don’t have to lose yourself in order to stay connected. Over time, this allows you to stay connected to yourself in real time, feel clearer in what you need, and experience connection that feels more mutual, grounded, and true to who you are.
I offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking a more relational, somatic, and parts-informed approach to their work. Supervision is a reflective space to explore clinical cases, deepen your understanding of relational dynamics, and process your internal responses as a clinician.
This work supports both clinical growth and personal integration—helping you develop greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in your work over time, while staying connected to yourself within the therapeutic process.
I offer consulting and training focused on trauma-informed approaches, with particular experience supporting work around the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) and the impact of the criminal justice system on adolescents.
This work supports professionals and organizations in developing more responsive, trauma- informed care through a relational, systemic, and justice-oriented lens.
The fee for individual therapy is $250 per 50-minute session, typically held weekly.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots as part of my commitment to accessibility. Full-fee sessions support the sustainability of my practice and allow me to continue offering reduced-fee options.
We can explore what feels like a sustainable and supportive fit.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly.
I can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to better understand your coverage.
